We are now recruiting for a Trainee Support Desk technician working in the telecommunications sector.
We will teach you to provide first line technical support to our customers and the skills necessary to program and configure our range of VoIP telephone systems.

This role is based at our Technical Hub in Westerham, Kent. A small office environment working alongside our technical lead.
This is an office-based role, but home working a day or two per week may be feasible in the future.
This role is ideally suited to someone that lives locally to Westerham or within an easy commute of no more than 45 minutes.
The starting salary on offer is £15,000 per annum. This will rise to £17,000 after completing the initial six month probationary period. Thereafter salary will be reviewed twice per annum.
We anticipate that the right applicant will learn quickly and within six months will be able to perform many tasks independently. We imagine that after two years the trainee will be fully trained with the trainee title being dropped after 12 months.
The office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
