Virtual Telephone Numbers

Phase 1 is the connection of an 03xx Non Geographic or 01/02 Geographic virtual telephone number for marketing your new development. This can be allocated months in advance of your new Sales Office actually opening. From the outset your virtual number can be diverted to either a landline or mobile.

Useful features include Hunt Group, Call Whisper and Voicemail for Out of Hours & Missed Calls. You can even have a branded greeting message to add that professional touch.

You can choose to self manage your virtual number by accessing Active Inbound our online portal or you can contact our friendly support desk team for moves and changes.

4G Voice and Data

Phase 2 of our managed service is the dispatch of your equipment. This can vary according to your specific requirements, but generally includes a high grade 4G compatible Draytec router with a Data SIM on the Vodafone, 02 or EE network.

Also included is either a traditional IP desk phone or a portable IP DECT phone. In addition to the features that came with your virtual number your system will now have Music on Hold, Call Transfer, Speed Dials and the option of access to the Company Directory.

Setting up your system is simple and does not require an engineer to visit site. We pre configure the equipment and test prior to delivery so you should be up and running within 10 minutes. We are always available to provide technical support by phone as you complete the setup.

Fibre Broadband

Phase 3 of our managed service is to provide a Fibre Broadband connection to replace the temporary 4G Internet connection.

This can happen at the point BT have provided the necessary infrastructure, which is generally Fibre To The Premise (FTTP).

The swap over from 4G to Fibre takes just 48 hours and is a seamless user experience as you will continue to use the same router and telephone that was originally provide during
Phase 2.

Please note that a Fibre Broadband Connection is always the end goal and that during Phase 2 when the system is reliant on a 4G Data connection our service is provide on a best endeavours basis.
