My Round is a two way text message
service designed to be used by Pubs, Bars & Venues
Even in 2020 with the advent of Instant Messaging and Mobile Apps a text message
is consistently the most reliable method for sending or receiving a short message.
Text messaging works across all mobile devices new and old, is familiar to all users and does not require a WIFI or 4G connection.
By texting into the SMS Order Desk system visitors can Register their Visit and Order Drinks from their Table.
SMS Order Desk also features a fully compliant visitor database to be used as part of the governments Contact & Trace system if called upon.
SMS Order Desk is very simple to deploy and is browser based so can be used on a PC, Laptop or Tablet.

Your pub will be allocated its own unique text registration number

Customers text “Arrive” on entry

Customers text “Depart” when leaving
Step 4
Data is kept securely in our databases for 21 days.
If at any time you are informed about a positive Covid-19 customer and need to contact all others visitors, records immediately visible in your client portal and/or just send a request to us and we will text all customers that were on the premises at the same time.
