3CX is licenced on a per concurrent call basis starting at just 4 channels up to a maximum of 1024 channels. Extensions are free and unlimited making the system ideal for organisations where the number of phones / extensions required significantly outweighs the maximum number of concurrent calls.

Permission based portal providing an immediate overview of the key system information and access to Hunt Groups, Call Queues, IVR, User Extensions, 3CX Call Recordings and Call Reports.
The Web Client is an end user Unified Communications portal for system management at
individual extension level.
From within the Web Client users can view the status of colleagues, make and receive calls
in conjunction with their desk phone, use the chat function for instant messaging with both
colleagues and website visitors and control their own status within call queues and hunt groups.
Collaboration with colleagues has never been easier, using the 3CX WebMeeting feature you
can instigate 3CX video conferencing and screen sharing with just a click or two.
Available for both Android device and Apple mobiles the 3CX smartphone app is easily configured by scanning a QR code provided during the initial setup process.
The app includes the ‘presence’ feature so that you can view the status of colleagues and amend your own. 3CX Call recording can also be paused and resumed via the app and of course the
company directory can be accessed.
