The ActivePay Assist system will greet callers with a welcome message recorded specifically for you before leading them through a series of prompts and the validation process. Callers are asked to enter a customer/account number and an invoice/reference followed by the amount to be paid. Confirmation of payments can be sent to you by email or posted in an XML format and reporting is available through the Active Inbound portal.
Our automated card payment lines can be stand-alone on a dedicated telephone number and/or incorporated as part of a larger IVR / Virtual Reception / Call Recording solution. Your staff will be able to transfer callers wishing to pay by card to the automated payment system and you can promote your automated payment line on your invoices, payment reminders and website to benefit from 24/7 payment collection.
All payments are processed in real-time with a daily file being posted to your acquiring bank just after midnight each day, so you should receive payment in your bank account in line with your current agreement.
